Michigan vs Florida

Florida vs. Michigan, Peach Bowl 2018: Prediction, pick, line, spread, odds, watch live stream online

The No. 10 Florida Gators have already far exceeded expectations this season, but they can truly put a bow on their campaign with a major victory over the No. 7 Michigan Wolverines on Saturday afternoon in the 2018 Peach Bowl. While it would seem like this is a rare matchup between two powerhouse programs, it is actually the third time in the last four years they have squared off. The bad news? Florida has never beaten Michigan (0-4) and got routed by UM in the last two meetings.

Date: Saturday, Dec. 29 Time: 12 p.m. ET
Location: Mercedes-Benz Stadium Atlanta, Georgia
TV: ESPN (Bob Wischusen, Brock Huard, Allison Williams)
Live stream: | SiriusXM: 105/190 | Radio: WRUF, TuneIn

On a day where many are focused on the College Football Playoff, this is actually the first New Year’s Six showdown to kickoff this bowl season. The Gators earned this opportunity by playing their way into the game with a strong close to the season, while for the Wolverines, this is a disappointment after missing out on a conference title and more.

Game prediction, picks

Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh’s offense works well inside its comfort zone. But when teams force the Wolverines to play catchup or go point-for-point, they struggle. Luckily for Harbaugh, Florida’s offense won’t be able to force Patterson to win with his arm. The Gators will get a heavy dose of Evans, Patterson will work off play-action and the Wolverines defense will make it hard for Franks to get anything going. Pick:

Latest UFC 230 fight card, rumors, and updates for ‘Cormier vs Lewis’ PPV on Nov. 3 in New York

If this talk of a bum hand was coming from anyone other than Daniel Cormier, I would wonder if the groundwork was being laid for a possible last-minute scratch. But “DC” didn’t become the “greatest” heavyweight and light heavyweight champion by riding the pine.

And maybe he’s trying to add a little extra drama to the fight, since bookies don’t give opponent Derrick Lewis much chance of winning when they collide in the UFC 230 pay-per-view (PPV) main event next month in New York City.

Lewis Making That Stripper-Type Money For UFC 230 Title UFC Fight Night

“It’s good enough to fight,” Cormier told The MMA Hour. “It’s not 100 percent, I’m going to be honest. My fist is closing but not all the way. It feels like now I have like a badly jammed finger. I can do a lot of things. Some sparring. I’m just not hitting as hard with my right hand. I can wrestle, but I’m just trying to be very careful. I’m kinda working around it, because if something’s going to happen, I prefer it to happen in the fight than in the training room. Because how horrible would be it be if I take this fight, three weeks until the fight, and then have to pull out a week later?”

Cormier accepted the Lewis fight on short notice after the promotion failed to cobble together a suitable main event. Valentina Shevchenko vs. Sijara Eubanks was on the table, but fan backlash sent “coward” matchmakers back to the drawing board.
